How to order? Add to cart and click checkout. Then, fill in your information and proceed to payment. We will process your order as soon as possible. To earn credit rebate, create an account in our website. Store credit can be used as a discount on your next purchase.

When will I receive my parcel? Once payment has been made, we will ship out within 48 hours for ready stock. As for preorder, items will be ready for pickup or shipping once stock has arrived. We will contact customer through Whatsapp. 

Where do I self pickup my order? During checkout, you can choose between two pickup locations; Idoll Fashion Marina or Tea Co Pujut. Then, provide your name or order number to our staff upon collection.

How much is the shipping fee? For purchases of RM50 or above, we offer free shipping to all locations (Sarawak, Sabah, Semenanjung). Orders that are not entitled to free shipping will be charged accordingly during checkout (Sarawak RM10, Sabah RM15, Semenanjung RM15).

How to track my parcel? We will update your tracking number once it has been shipped. Log in and go to My Account page. Click your order number and the tracking number will be available on the left bottom.
